Cryolipolysis Buccal Fat Reduction (Renee): Renee uses flat-panel Cryolipolysis applicators — the safer, more effective alternative to suction cup devices. Flat handles make full contact with the treatment area without drawing tissue into a vacuum, eliminating the risk of paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (PAH) and surface irregularities while delivering consistent, even cooling. Buccal and sub-mental areas are treated using precision facial applicators for approximately 60 minutes. Fat cells are crystallised and naturally eliminated by the body over 6–12 weeks. Masseter Injections (Dr George): Botulinum toxin is injected precisely into the masseter muscles, causing gradual muscle atrophy over 4–8 weeks, reducing the width of the lower face for a slimmer, more oval silhouette. Results last 4–6 months, with progressive duration increase over repeated treatments

Pre (Cryolipolysis): Avoid anti-inflammatories 5 days prior. Skin must be free of wounds or active infection in the treatment zone. Pre (Masseter): As per standard anti-wrinkle pre-care. Avoid dental procedures 2 weeks around treatment. Post (Cryolipolysis): Brief post-treatment massage is performed immediately in-clinic. Mild redness, temporary firmness, and numbness are normal — resolving within days to 2 weeks. Results visible from 6 weeks, peak at 12 weeks. Post (Masseter): Avoid chewing hard foods for 24 hrs. Do not massage the jaw. Results develop over 4–8 weeks as muscle gradually reduces
