CARBON LASER FACIAL

The Carbon Laser Facial, also known as a “Hollywood Peel,” “China Doll Facial” or laser carbon peel, is a popular treatment that combines a specialised carbon lotion with Q-Switch Nd:YAG laser technology to gently exfoliate, refine and clarify the skin.

The carbon lotion is applied to the skin and allowed to absorb into the pores, where it acts as a photo enhancer, meaning it helps the laser energy target the skin’s surface and pore lining with greater precision.

As the laser passes over the skin, it heats and fragments the carbon particles, lifting away dead skin cells, excess oil and surface impurities, while the laser energy itself helps to reduce the appearance of pore size, calm congestion and support a smoother, more even skin tone.
